To begin the process of a return please email or call a Spectrum Radiation representative. Contact information can be found at the bottom/footer of our website as well as throughout this return page. (1) You must provide a reason for the return and (2) you must be issued an RMA number after your reason is given.

Once you are issued an RMA label or an RMA number, the RMA label must be included in the box you are returning the item in and the RMA number must be written on the outside of the box in some circumstances.

When an item is received in a shipping box with the proper RMA information included, we will then begin a review process that may take up to 2 days. After the 1 - 2 days of review Spectrum Radiation holds the right, in all circumstances, to refund, partially refund, or deny a refund claim. If a product is not in perfect condition, so that it may be resold as new, the item WILL NOT be accepted and you will not be refunded. For special rules on returns, please see below.

Note: Only returns received with an RMA form will be processed and refunded.

Spectrum Radiation will do their best to make sure all items received are in perfect condition. Warranty and product information will be included with the product when shipped. If for any reason items received are damaged, please save all boxes and packaging material and contact Spectrum Radiation immediately via email or phone at 561-315-0999 . Please provide original invoice (if possible) and a brief explanation of the reason for return after contacting a representative.

For returns, an RMA form will need to be filled out. There are certain penalties You the customer need to be aware of. Effective 11/15/2013:

Time to Return

You have up to 14 days after your purchase of any Spectrum Radiation product, to return it, unless otherwise stated below.

Restocking Fees and Penalties


If your specific purchase is not addressed on this page, it does not mean no rules apply. Please contact a Spectrum Radiation representative if you have any question that is not answered here on this page.

​All barriers, illuminators, and any item not specified below have a 15% restocking fee. Special circumstances can be addressed if you call a Spectrum Radiation representative as we will always try to accommodate our customers. if you do not contact us, we cannot help you.


All returns for eyewear and glasses are not subject to a restocking or handling fee unless:

1. The eyewear is damaged, case missing or the eyewear is not shipped back in the same condition with the same materials it arrived with.

a. You, the customer, will be charged a 15% of purchase price fee.

2. You are returning eyewear for the 2nd time in 1 month that was not subject to defects or any warranty related item.

a. You, the customer, will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee.

3. Any Leaded eyewear, lead glasses, or laser glasses that contain a special feature, such as an engraving, CANNOT be returned.

a. A special feature is any addition / attachment / special request / prescription / or alteration otherwise not stated here.

Prescription Eyewear

No prescription order can be canceled once it enters our lab; however, if you wish to cancel your order before it goes into the lab (usually in less than one business day), there is a $15 cancellation fee to account for clerical time and card processing fees. This $15 fee also applies to any changes to an order (prescription or non-prescription), including a change to shipping method or product quantities.

Eyewear Warranty

All Spectrum Radiation frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover negligent use of the product (including scratched lenses). Spectrum Radiation will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no additional charge.
